Hosting Australia were tasked with rescuing me from an awful situation where my previous service provider took my site off the air after bungling an upgrade that I did not require.
The sales and support staff were patient, understanding and most of all were able to completely understand my requirements and were able to communicate them in easy non-techno jargon English.
What I have now is a very fast website (WordPress). The backend is terrific without any errors or issues. Their follow up is outstanding.
