Have been with Hosting Australia for many years and they have always provided excellent prompt service. Had quite a lot of issues over that time and all have been quickly resolved with good communication.

I want to use this forum as a big shout out to the good people of Hosting Australia. They were tasked with rescuing me from an awful situation where my previous service provider took my site off the air after bungling an upgrade that I did not require...10/10 (xxxxxx- six out of five stars)

Customer service for Web Hosting can be terrible, but the guys at Hosting Australia are amazingly good at what they do. Hands down best service I've ever had. Friendly, knowledgeable and ALWAYS willing to go the extra yards to make sure you are more than satisfy. Their hosting service is lightening quick, secure and reliable. Honestly cannot recommend these guys any more highly!!

My previous provider was regularly getting blacklisted and my emails were bouncing. All that is fixed since changeover to HA. The transfer of the hosting and email to HA was fast and efficient. Someone always attends to my queries quickly. The service is cheaper and better than my previous (overseas) provider.

From ticket, to review, and to fixing the problem, all done in the shortest time. Amazing staff all very patient. Excellent customer service nothing seems to be a problem.

The sales and support staff were patient, understanding and most of all were able to completely understand my requirements and were able to communicate them in easy non-techno jargon English.

What I have now is a very fast website (WordPress). The backend is terrific without any errors or issues. Their follow up is outstanding.
